How do I determine my niche in the cash flow business? Your niche or area of focus (specialization) is, to some degree, determined by your background, experience, and education.

How do I find clients? Decide on a method or methods to contact your prospects (phone call, direct mail, personal appointment, etc.) and set your plan in motion. If you are consistent in your efforts, you will begin to obtain clients that need the cash flow solutions you can provide.

Where do I find a funding source? As a graduate of the American Cash Flow Institute®, a nationwide network of hundreds of funding sources will be available to you with access to billions of dollars, which provide capital for the transactions you bring to the table.

How does a cash flow consultant get paid? This depends on the type of income stream you are brokering. In general there are two ways to get paid. One is from the funding source in accordance with their payment guidelines, and the other is from your client.

How do I legally set up my business? The majority of cash flow consultants operate as a Sole Proprietor type of business entity.
